Evidence-aware guidance on ginkgo biloba and cognitive research.

Ginkgo biloba has been studied in several health contexts, but any discussion of a finished supplement requires separate product-level evidence.
What Ginkgo is
Ginkgo biloba is a botanical studied in several health contexts.
Research context
Systematic reviews have found mixed or context-dependent results for Ginkgo biloba. A 2016 review reported potential benefits in mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease but noted methodological limitations and inconsistent individual-trial findings. A 2026 Cochrane review is now available and should be considered alongside older reviews when evaluating the evidence.
Finished-product limitations
A finished-product claim requires evidence on the finished product, not merely evidence that one of its ingredients has been studied.

Evidence note: Product-label facts, vendor statements and independent research are kept separate. Ingredient research does not by itself establish that the finished NeuroPrime product produces the same outcomes.
